Best Years Senior Care, Inc. respects your confidentiality and privacy. In providing services to you we will not share your personal or Protected Health Information (PHI) unless required by law. BYSC, Inc. communicates frequently by email. We take appropriate steps to ensure that your information is protected for safe transmission.

*BYSC care managers are not licensed or certified attorneys, clinicians, accountants, financial advisors, insurance agents, or licensed caregivers (CNA’s, HHA’s, etc.) and will refer as necessary or directed to these professionals who will act independently of BYSC, Inc. Clients are fully and legally responsible for any services received, and/or claims resulting from any referral given by BYSC, Inc. and agree that no adverse action legal or otherwise shall be put against BYSC, Inc. by any person, agent, affiliate or other entity for any referral-related cause of action.
